Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application “Andar Bahar: Card Game” (the “App”), developed and published by RajaAroha (“we”, “us”), handles information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
In short: the App has no accounts and does not ask you for personal details such as your name or email address. It does use a third-party service, AppsFlyer, for analytics and install attribution, which involves collecting device and usage information as described in the “Analytics and attribution” section below.
No account and no sign-up
The App does not have any registration, sign-up, or login system. You can play immediately after launching the App. We do not ask you to create an account or provide any credentials.
Information we do not collect
The App has no registration and does not ask you to provide, and we do not collect, directly identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or files. The App does not use GPS and does not collect your precise location.
Information stored on your device
The App saves gameplay data — such as settings, your virtual coin balance, and game progress — locally on your device. This gameplay data is removed if you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App. Apart from the information described in “Analytics and attribution” below, the App does not send your data to us or to other third parties.
Virtual currency
The App uses virtual, in-game coins for entertainment only. These coins have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, exchanged, or redeemed for money or prizes. No payment information is collected because the App contains no purchases.
Analytics and attribution (AppsFlyer)
The App uses AppsFlyer, a mobile analytics and attribution platform, to measure app installs, understand which link or campaign led to an installation, detect install fraud, and improve the App. AppsFlyer processes this information on our behalf as our service provider.
When you install or use the App, the AppsFlyer SDK may collect and share with AppsFlyer:
- Device and technical information — device model, operating system and version, language and region settings, network or carrier information, time zone, and screen information.
- Identifiers — your device’s advertising identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID), the AppsFlyer install ID, and similar identifiers.
- Approximate location — your IP address, from which a general location such as country or city may be derived. Precise/GPS location is not collected.
- App activity — installs, launches, sessions, and certain in-app events, together with the referral or advertising source associated with your installation.
This information is used for attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, and improving the App. It is not used to contact you personally. AppsFlyer handles the data in accordance with the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy, available at https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/.
Your choices
You can limit analytics and attribution collection at the device level:
- On Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads and choose Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalisation on older versions).
- You may also contact us at the address below to request deletion of data associated with your device.
International data transfers
AppsFlyer may store and process the information it collects on servers located in countries other than the one you live in. Where this happens, the information remains subject to the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Data retention
We keep analytics and attribution data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above; AppsFlyer retains data in line with its own retention policy. Gameplay data on your device remains until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.
Children’s privacy
The App is a casual card game intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect directly identifying information from children. The device and usage information described above is collected from users of the App generally. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App and you would like the associated data deleted, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Data security
Information sent from the App to AppsFlyer is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Gameplay data saved on your device is protected by your device’s own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we and our service provider take reasonable measures to protect the information handled through the App.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
